Global Voices Program

Launched in 2026, the Peterson Literary Fund’s Global Voices Program supports special initiatives that advance the mission of our literary fund. This self-directed program collaborates primarily with trusted international funding partners and institutions.

Under the program’s framework, the Peterson Literary Fund acts as a proactive catalyst, identifying and supporting a wide array of initiatives that strengthen the publication and dissemination of printed books, eBooks, multimedia content, and analogous projects that focus on Ukraine-related topics. This includes support for:

• writers, translators, and publishers

• promotion and publicity efforts, such as events that raise public awareness of these works and themes

• the distribution and broad dissemination of these publications

Where applicable, proposals are solicited by the Peterson Literary Fund following a process of exploratory research and internal deliberations. Through these efforts, the Global Voices Program aims to amplify diverse perspectives and ensure that Ukraine-related stories reach audiences around the world.
